Super excited to welcome Tucson locals to my backyard at 3403 East Pima for a fun afternoon of art!
On Saturday, April 1st I will be opening my backyard up from 11am-4pm to the community, as will many of my other neighborhood artists in other gardens, to help fundraise for traffic calming in the Palo Verde Neighborhood. And it won’t just be me in my backyard, exceptional ceramists Ursula Basinger and Sara Curtiss will also be hanging out and selling their beautiful crafts.
A full map of all the open gardens will be posted on our neighborhood website and will be able to be picked up in person at the Loft Cinema, a raffle of donated art and items will also be at the Loft.
Truly, I invite yall to show up and enjoy the afternoon. Bring a bottle or snacks and just come hang out. If it’s hot come in your bathing suit and swim.
I will be setting up an array of the HUGE styrofoam flower sculptures that were recently at TMA so there will be plenty of IG photo oppertunities, lol.
Please enter through the side gate to my backyard in order to enter on Jones St. which is also probably the best place to park.
More info above and HERE which includes all the other artists involved so you can get super excited too.
See you soon!
